Winchester Writers’ Conference

I’ve booked to go to Winchester Writers’ Conference which is in June this year. I’ve just received confirmation of my various appointments with literary agents and editors. I’ll be showing them the start of my novel.

Alan Titchmarsh is the plenary speaker on Saturday 23rd June. I’m really looking forward hearing Jackie Kay talk about poetry, and, hopefully, to meeting her.

I will be seeing Lindsay Ashford who writes contemporary crime novels. I met Lindsay for the first time at Chawton House and then again in London at the launch of the anthology ‘Wooing Mr Wickham’ which contains my story, ‘Blue Lias’.
